Lessons are $45/hr. and are once per week for 3 weeks at a time. Prenatal yoga helps you become strong, both in mind and body, making pregnancy, birth and beyond a pleasurable experience! We work on breathing, posture, stretching, strengthening and meditation. Aromatherapy, flower essences and other holistic therapies will be discussed upon request.
